About
The DevHives Blog is the writing arm of DevHives — a full-stack developer training programme run out of Kolkata. We help people learn to code and land their first real engineering job, and this blog is where we share the thinking and lessons behind that work.
What we do here
One careful post per week across four lanes: technology you can use on Monday, study tactics that survive a real schedule, the self-growth side of becoming a developer, and the career mechanics of getting hired and growing inside a company.
Who writes
Posts come from the DevHives instruction team — the same people who teach our students every day. Every post is reviewed by at least one other engineer before it ships. We don’t run paid placements, sponsored reviews, or guest posts.
Why we started writing
Most of the questions our students ask in the first week don’t fit a syllabus. How to focus when nothing is clicking. How to build a CV from zero. When to ask for help versus push through. We answered them in DM threads and 1-on-1 calls for years. The blog is where those answers finally live in public — searchable, free, and for anyone who needs them.
The training, if you’re interested
Our full-stack courses cover the MERN stack, Python full-stack, Data Science, and AWS Solutions Architect, with active placement support. If that’s what you’re looking for, the courses live at devhives.in. The blog stays free regardless.
