Standard refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.

Service issues: If you're dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 14 days to request a partial or full refund. We'll review each case individually.

Exceptions: Special events or custom orders may have different refund terms which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
