We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. Please review our policies below.

Standard refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.

How eligibility is decided: Your refund amount depends on how long it has been since you enrolled — see the three windows above (100% within 7 days, 50% up to 30 days, none after 30 days). The 7-day full refund needs no reason at all.

Scholarship pricing: Refunds are calculated on the amount you actually paid (the scholarship / discounted fee), not the original program value.
