Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. We process refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund. This allows us to compensate our staff for the time reserved.

No-show cancellations will not be eligible for any refund.

Standard refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.

Service issues: If you're dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 14 days to request a partial or full refund. We'll review each case individually.

Exceptions: Special events or custom orders may have different refund terms which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

4. Refund amount will be credited to your original payment method
5. Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
