Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer standard (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping times are calculated from the date of order confirmation. Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 1 PM IST.

We deliver throughout India, covering all states and regions served by Indian Post and other parcel services. International shipping is available only by special request and may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons.

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Our system integrates with major carriers to provide real-time shipping updates directly in your account dashboard.

For any delivery issues or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items - we'll provide a prepaid return label.
